To accommodate the booming populations in Luanda, the largest city and capital in Angola, a new city is planned to build in Luanda.

We have undertaken the New City project which is about 25km away from the old downtown.  The New City has the outer ring to the north, the Kuanza River to the south, opposite to the national park, the Atlantic Ocean to the west, with total planning area about 780km².
